This code is a bit complex to use. You need to either know
how to convert binary (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_numeral_system)
to decimal and vice versa. The Windows Calculator can do this if you set it
to Scientific View.
First, read this page: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Individual_values#Generation_IV
Convert the IVs you want into their binary representation and the arrange
the numbers like you see in the diagram on the above web page to form
one large 32 digit binary number.
Once you do that, convert the entire number from binary to decimal.
You must then type that number into the Poketch Calculator and use it on a Pokemon.
As an example, to get all 31 IVs, you need to type the number
1,073,741,823 into the calculator.
