The chart above is usage the link I put if you scroll down it's the SSBB tiers and those are based on how well they do in tourneys and combos of them.

Falco lost a little and Fox extremly much rating, didn't they?

Well overall the tierlist didn't change that much since the first one and it's pretty obvious that the brawl characters are definatly not equal in stenghes and weaknesses.
But you just gotta love how Zero Suit is way better than the Power Suit form.

I think lucas should be higher. Lucas I think is better than what they rated him :/

This is the current list and actually i've already opened a topic for it.

Fox is fast and has 2 really good smashes+reflector and projectiles. He isn't overrated.

And Lucas has a really bad recovery, extremely easy to spike it while it tries to get back to the stage. And he has only 1 fast smash, the up smash is slow and laggy, the down smash just hits forward. Lucas has projectiles, but they are weak and slow/short ranged.
