Yes bioshock 2 has multiplayer, but not co-op...it is pretty much just like a deathmatch thing where you play as plasmid test subjects...
I reckon that the online multiplayer option would be good for bio 2, but only as a co-op story mode. Seeing as it is a very story-based game, bioshock should just keep to the story mode with the option of 4 player co-op.
Not the one that they have done. I mean, yeah, it's different to every other shooter multiplayer, in a way. I just don't think that it will work...
