But the attempt to sprite isn't very creative or good...

Like Beast said, the coloring is great but there isn't much splicing and it is barely noticable. But other than that, you did great! Really like Flaaffeon.

I like the colors and the splice between Arceus and and Ho-Oh...(lugia head doesn't fit in)
But it seems that you rushed through attaching the wing on the outside....

Not bad they're getting better. Try saving them as PNG! though for better quality.

Advise:
I'm just going to guess that your relatively new to the splicing area of sprites, so I'm going to try to point a few things out, to help with the realism.

For Example, your "Flying Weavile" doesn't have the unity it needs. For starters, the left wing would not be behind the tail, unless it were attached to the tail. Thats pretty much the basic gist for that one, besides that the colors aren't the greatest, it makes it a bit hard to see some of the detail a sprite needs.

As for the Espeon Princess, it needs unity. For instance, would the arm's "skin" color be different from the heads? Also, the neck is so far off that it looks like its on the shoulder.

Arcegioh on the other hand, its all in the proportion and the angle the sprite is facing, the back wing makes it look twisted, which takes alot away from the effect. Also, theres not really much wrong with using Lugia's Head, but it has to look like it belongs on the body.

You just need to work on the synergy of the sprite.

These, are nice, but some of them need MOAR color changing, thats why some splice parts look out of place.
The colors are very nice, just try not to darken the shadows too much, and have a really bright color (like form rapidash), other wise it'd look weird in my opinion.
Also, try to be creative with the names, and stuff, I don't think luxdash would make it to a pokemon game.

tl;dr: Make it look natural.

you mentioned the first thing that picked out at me, so no comment there.

The tail looks a bit too thin though, compaired to the rest of the body, it kinda seems more like the body itself should be smaller... that and it look like it belongs on a rat to me, but thats just me.
