Appart from just googling it it's very easy to find the answer but I am in a good mood so i'll just answer it for you
Yes pretty much any action replay that has some form of PC support (be it with a CD or USB-dongle) pokesav will work with. The only problem with most action replays is that they break very quickly. Especially the PC support bit I have gone through 2 so far and the 2nd one cannot be used on my PC anymore silly things.
Just some things to consider before getting one I guess.
