Main Strategy behind this deck:
Blackwings have amazing swarming possibility, but also have a great way to work together with each other.

The first OTK strategy is to use Fane the Steel Chain and Sirocco of the Dawn. Sirocco's ability allows you to transfer all attack points to one Blackwing. Fane the Steel chain can attack your opponents directly. The main point behind this is too summon Sirocco and Fane along with 3 other Blackwings, and put all the Attack onto Fane the Steel Chain. For example, summoning say, 3 Bora the Spears. The final value would be:
500 + 2000 + 1700 + 1700 + 1700 = 7600.
Slap on a Kalut, and you have an instant win when you use Anti-Reverse to make sure nothing gets in the way.

The Second Strategy is to use their effects to get 4 Blackwings on the field, for example, 2 Bora the Spears and 2 Gale the Whirlwinds. Tune them to summon Two Dark Strike Fighters and play Lightning Vortex. Then attack directly with both Dark Strike fighters for 5400 damage, then use their abilities to sacrifice them and do another 2800 damage for an instant win.

Just because you're an admin doesn't mean you can screw the rules.

Pot of Greed was banned ages ago.
Dark Strike fighter was banned.
Allure of Darkness is limited to 2.
Gale is limited to 1.
Ultimate Offering is limited to 2.

Also I'd replace Waboku with a Threatening Roar because quite a bunch of monsters can use effects on attack (unless you have something you want to be flipped in face up defense?).
Call of the Haunted should also be added in as one of the typical staple cards, normaly also very usefull for blackwings.

But I know Pot of Greed was limited to 1
but DS is banned? Man, that sucks and is great at the same time (saves me the trouble of buying them)

Nah, Pot of Greed was never released from it's ban for a long long time.
Only Upstart Goblin was banned/allowed/limited/semi-limited/allowed (somewhat like that).


Btw. Many ppl have been complaining very loudly about the new list (well they do that every list but this time it's a little more extreme. ^^)

Yea, I looked at the list, which I kinda find it a bit odd that they banned pot of greed... it lets your draw a whole two cards, thats not game breaking.

Now am I ticked that they banned Dark Magician of Chaos? YES. the second I start building a chaos deck, they ban it... although looking at this list it has been banned, which I never noticed.

but like, Destiny Hero - Disk Command? Wow, you special summon it and get two cards, that again isn't much of a big deal.

And Monster Reborn? What are they thinking with that one? How are you suppose to bring anything back now when the common card to do it with is banned?

Although, with Yata gone, theres no more Yata-locks
