So basically, I need some Ideas for improving.
The banner is aimed for the lols, and after it is finished you will see this banner around forums (hopefully)

http://www.sigtutorials.com/ might help you. They have loads of tuts on how to make a banner that looks like that make one look pro! But only if you have a good popup blocker an not to slow comp...

well the link that deadlugia provided is very helpful, but I'd suggest you need to get more basic knowledge of photoshop first, since all they teach you is how to make sigs.
