im not sure if this sets been done before ; but i have been trying this out on shoddy ; its been doing pretty well ; even tho its not the best flailer out there ; i think technician boosts flail but im not sure ; bite for ghost types ; & i knoe this set is walled by steels and rocks but the only move i can use is dig which is kinda asking to get earthquaked to death ; so yeah ; & the last moves are just fillers

Technician only boosts moves with 60 or less power so it depends how much HP you have left when you flail
Id say go with either hypnosis or fake out for the last move for support for your team... Other then that, it looks fine
