| I'd say use brick break instead of cross chop and vaccuum wave. Cross chop has lower accuracy that could let you down and vaccuum wave isn't a physical attack, therefore it would not benefit from SD |

agreed and definitely go with sucker punch instead of bullet punch and what natures are your pokemon? and the evs on starmie are a little random just give it about 200 speed, around 160 defensse, and use the rest in hp |

his natures are a little difficult to find; they are near the bottom of the pokemons information, right above the EV's. i agree with the EV's darkraven suggests, they should be good for a lead starmie. as for Recover or Rapid Spin, it is up to you; are you more afraid of SR or some sort of spikes the first turn, or do you want the possibility of starmie lasting more than 1 or 2 turns after the Rain Dance. |

| I like the team, would agree w/ every1 above, but.... I would go with Recover>protect. Thunder does benefit you,and will take care of the flying types that would get toxicroak. But it also puts starmia at risk from thunder, so it works both ways. Also w/ recover, leftovers wouldn't be needed as much, so go for damp rock. |
