oke im making my first competitive pokemon team and at the moment im planning to use this:

Timid Alakazam @ Choice Specs
Ability:Synchronize
40 Def / 252 SpA / 216 Spe

-Signal Beam

Impish Tangrowth @ Leftovers
252 HP / 228 Def / 28 Spe
-Sleep Powder
-Power Whip
-Knock Off
-Leech Seed

Calm Probopass @ Leftovers

only thing im missing(i think) is a lead,maybe abit to much physical sweepers but i think it should work

earthquake>fire punch on electivire. Deals alot more damage to steel types. Try and keep the ev's on alakazam only in spe. and sp. atk., and Thunderwave>toxic on Probopass. Helps sweepers sweep more.

but then i still need a lead, so what should i look for?
seeing as i already have a pokemon with SR,should i just get a lead with SR or maybe spikes or something totally different?

well alakazam could be a good lead with trick or you could get an ambipom for fake out and taunt

Go for Power Gem over Flash Cannon on Probopass. It's covers more types, and still has STAB.

but is it worth it to lose the specs at the start of the match,guess it depents on the lead im facing.

maby an azelf for lead or a froglass
it are standard leads

and if you change choise specs for choise scarf on alakazam for trick and change a move into taunt its an awsome anti-lead
