- Stockpile
- Aqua Ring
- Super Fang <---- Love this move, no idea why...
- Surf

Strategy -
Set up Aqua Ring, Stockpile (hopefully 3 times), Super Fang and Surf as necessary.

This was just a random idea I had in the middle of my science homework.
Could this really work? I think it would at least be interesting.

I'm thinking this would be mainly NU, but give me your thoughts about it in UU and OU as well

seems like a good move set looks like it would hold up pretty good if you can get up at least 2 it would be pretty annoying. You could even make this on a hail team and have its ability be ice body so it could heal what? 3/16 a turn? but it seems like a good set
