| First of all, in a walling Pokemon, HP comes first. And your EV's are spread out a little to much. Try switching around the HP, SpD, and SpA and go with 252HP, 140SpD and 40SpA. | |

However, with pokemon with HUGE natural HP, those evs are less necessary. Just like if you wanted a more defensive blissey you would put 252 HP evs, you would put 252 def evs because that practically doubles its defense. If he uses your suggested EV spread, you left out a bunch of EVs. So make it 252 HP, 216 sp. Defense, 40 sp. Attack | |

Thunder Wave Can we get a description of what the basic strategy and what the moves are for. I mean we know but for future references do that. However, take shnoogles advice. And you got those EVs from smogon. They're everywhere lol. So Shnoogle's advice is probably what you should go off of. | |
