If your going to use charge beam -> Change iron head into Flash canon and go for the sub

i your going to use an elemantal punch (tunder or fire i recomend)
change your item into a salac berry or a life orb go for wish
but if you going to use this you don't need draco meteor
and you can better change your EV to full atk and speed

if you are planning to use this with no speed you should invest into T-wave instead of sub/wish and give it somethink like leftovers or shell bell or white herb you should use either u-turn on last slot or fire punch
