they are bolth ok i say make bolth of them or just test the first one and if you dont like it change item teach it u turn and test it again

The Choice band set is better, I would say. More power and less recoil. You can also make like a scizor and scout with powerful U-Turns.

Double Edge is not a good idea over return, as it scores the very same OHKOs/2hkos without recoil(on the CB Set) so I would reccomend dropping it for Return

Adamant/Jolly w/Choice Band

Brave Bird
Close Combat
U-Turn
Return

This set is basically what they've been telling you. I use this exact same set myself which is why I also recommend it.

Staraptor (Staraptor) (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Speed 252 Sp.A
Modest nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Heat Wave
- Ominous Wind
- Hyper Beam
- Hidden Power (Ground)

This set is for fun and I wouldn't recommend using it in serious OU play. Heat Wave is to take down those annoying Steels. Omnious Wind is for Psychic Types, Etc. Hyper Beam is the only Special Powerful STAB that Staraptor has and should only be used for last resort, but inflicts massive damage. HP ground is for predicting switches.....

Anyhow Jared is right only use this set if you want to have lolz that's what I'ma say.
Here's the standard set and Possibly the best set.
