Well I have a lvl 68 SASSY Wartortle that hasnt been EV trained and was wondering where the best spot to EV train it is. (SP.DEF) And also it got to lvl 68 with an EXP. Share, Elite Four.

It's a bit late to try and EV train it at that level...

Reset all of its EVs back down to 0 and battle some wild Tentacool/Tentacruel. They're all over the place in DPPt.
