It does make little sense but I think it means that if there are a bunch of people with the same amount of authority, that means there will be many diff opinions so arguments on problems may arise. Or it could be that some sections need less mods and others need more

| By splitting the moderators into 2 branches it helps to balance out an area on the forums that has consistently caused problems. By having a 2 tiered moderating department, we are hoping that those who have been chosen as Higher Tier Mods (or whatever the name gets put to) can lead by example and show how moderating should be done by putting in very high levels of effort and time to keep the forums as spam and other crap-free as possible.
The lower-tier mods, once proven that they are both capable moderators AND temperamentally sound shall rise, like souffles, upwards into the higher mod status.

| I say there should be no seperation of powers, it just causes useless offensive comments and remarks, and certainly calling someone a junior mod, you can't be expected to be taken seriously, it sounds too offending. If you earn mod, they should all have equal power so there is no controversy. | |

| Seems despite all the moaning about the name of Junior Moderators, it is currently the most popular answer. | |

| Look I like Junior Moderators. Cause they will take care of what the normal Moderators can't cause for one each Moderator let alone Admin can't take care of everyone at once...so Junior Moderators should take care of the people on UT let alone other little things. Now power wise...both Junior and Mods should at least have alot of similar powers and such. | |

| I'm just gonna go with Junior mods. You shouldn't find the name demeaning, you should just be happy that you're a moderator >_> | |
