Xatu is a preety good screener with wish and u-turn he is kinda like NU jirachi
you can also get uxie to to this job with yawn and u-turn he can set you up nicely

Medicham could use a scarf in my opinion. they already cannot take a hit so speed is more important than damage. it just cannot manage to do anything if outsped. so coverage is more important if scarfed, so rock slide if you are set on that, or really thunderpunch gives better coverage with ice punch.

your solrock is walled easily, but im sure you could manage
