Pokemon Emerald Glitch-Is it cheating?

So I was just wondering if the glitch to clone pokemon on emerald is cheating because I have done it before and I don't want to be known as a hacker/cheater

Not really. There's the Pomeg Glitch, which basically helps Little Cup battlers breed moves to no gender Pokémon that they can only learn through leveling up. So yeah, I don't think it would be considered "cheating."

Ye and i can clone PP max's and rare candies althogh their is a bettter way of getting rare candies withiut cheating or glitching

What mrcatz is trying to say is that, you really can't cheat pokemon with that cloning code, only have yourself speed through the training process, sure rare candies get cloned, but your pokemon level up one way or another, doesn't really matter how they got there. PP max is, believe it or not, not really ase useful as it looks, like, you can go about competitive battling without them, they're more like pillows to fall back on. The vitamins, well, that's just slightly more faster EV training. Finally, the master balls, are just good for catching pokemon that you normally have a hard time with.

So to wrap things up, before I start a speech here, I don't think it's cheating until you use an external device to go beyond game limits.
