Band Contest

My band went to contest on we got 2-2-3 ratings on stage and straight 2-2-2 in sight reading. Over all, we have a big 2. We were informed that we had a really tough judging panel though. I'm in a 2-A band and the judges were from big bands such as 4-A and 5-A, so that's probably the reasons for the 2's. I am happy with the band, because that was the best we've played our pieces and 2 is above average. It's all good

good job. we got straight ones in marching band (don't mean to brag) and we go to concert in a few weeks. We currently suck at one of our songs so we need to work it out

I'm in Jr.High band but I was in the High School's Marching Band and we got straight ones during marching season. Last week,the high school went to contest and got sweepstakes.

Congrats! I'm in band as well! I play the Alto Saxophone!

We did a Carlos Santana tribute. I play percussion in Jr.High, but I had to play in front ensemble so I can try out for drum line(May 25 is try out day ).
