Subject: Lance in Pokemon HeartGold & Soulsilver Sun May 02, 2010 4:40 pm
Am I the only one that thinks this is wierd.
In Heartgold or Soulsilver, the first time you fight lance, his toughest pokemon is around level 48.
The second time you fight lance, his toughest pokemon is level 75!
Do they exept your team to gow 30 levels tust from mostly the kanto gym leaders.
Please reply if you fell the same way.

Really I don't care. I'm just mad that there is no good spot to train anybody. (I really hate the ursarings in mt silver)

Didn't they do the same thing with Champion Cynthia in Platinum, or maybe that's just me.
I agree with mrcatz. They should have a training hotspot somewhere.

Altogether, I think the Johto region in general is a little lacking in the # of trainers there are and the lack of a vs. Seeker is a little disappointing

Back to the topic, Lance is a good way to level up since his team is filled with 3 OUs, a starter, a UU and an Uber, all of which reward you with some juicy experience, especially that Garchomp and Dragonite.
