New Tiers?

I was surfing some wanna-be-smogon sites, and all of them seem to want to make their own tiers because they feel something is wrong with Smogon's. The changes that they make the most are Latias moving back up to Uber and Deoxys-D down to OU. Would these changes break the metagame if Smogon did change it?

While we're on the topic, would you change the tiers at all and if so why? Just curious...

I actually belong to a forum that constructed there own tiers. But there tiers are way different then smogons. And frankly I like them much better then Smogon's Tiers. Instead of just having OU, UU, NU, BL, Uber the site has Super, Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, Class 4, and Class 5. It's much more balanced and it doesn't screw up in the lower tiers like Smogons due. Also Mew right now is Class 1.

All I would really want is for Deoxys-D to become OU. Beast and I both think it's not too good for Uber, and there is a few options Smogon hasn't tested yet, like a Calm Mind set. I would really love to use my favorite Pokemon in my favorite form in standard for once. My second favorite is Aggron, so I can already use that.

To me the Bl tier was completley useless. as soon as they dumped like everypokemon into UU and only brought 9 back that made it so that no one will ever use the BL tier to battle with because in OU everthings better and when you battle Bl some of the pokemon are way too cheap aginst UUers.

Deoxys-D is quite possibly the next Smogon suspect, epic defenses can be good, but in a metagame where STAB U-turn, boosted Stabbed Crunchs and Sandstorm everywhere, he is not that good, I dont see any issue with Deoxys-D in OU

i think latias should be ubers again, with everyone and their mother using it is is way ouverused and far too powerful considering its defenses and speed compared to those of something like gengar.
