So this is a cool lead i think he can psuedo a team thru toxic and he counters trick leads with black sludge. His EVs make his Hp 301 and max his speed while the rest are dumped into attack. Ice Fang would help me against my only weakness but Crunch would give me all around good coverage.

Since you are mainly focused on setting up instead of attacking, change all the attack EVs to HP

Crunch > Ice Fang
