| Why is it no one gives credit or even recognizes the power of the pai of pokemon that were pretty much made for double battling. Yes, i am talking about... Plusle and Minun! Just using them together gives them a 1.5x spc atk boost, and if one uses helping hand, omg more power boostage. And if those arent enough, use an electric move and then more power boostage from STAB! Thats like 4.5x without it even being super effective! They are just insanely useful, i use a Plusle in shoddy and its won entire battles. These 2 should be recognized and used more often! | |

| The only problem with this lead is if there is a ground type on the other side. EQ would murder these little electric mice. | |

| So un true, as long as they're faster, they can obtain the move magnet rise, to eliminate their only weakness, then a substitute, then DESTROY!!!!! | |

| plusle and minun are frail and slow first of all, u cant use them on shoddy together b/c there's no double battles they have a decent speed of 76, but they are so frail and there are much better electric pokemon to work with u dont need a super effective move to kill them, they are 2hkoed/ohkoed by almost any physical move with their pathetic base hp and defense If they were faster and had more than just 85 base sp.atk, u could work with them | |

| Substitute. As long as they dont get hit (which is easy for them) They are fine. And sure they arent the fastest, but they can outspeed pretty much any pokemon that has Earthquake/Earthpower, which is pretty much the first thing people try to do when they see these 2. | |

Yeah sure, it is easy for them not to be hitted when they are slow, frail, and pathetic on the offensive side. If you really managed to make them work on shoddy, then you must have been battling awful opponents, because they get outclassed even by Pikachu

| Obviously no matter what i say, you guys are just going to throw it back at me, so i guess theres no use trying to convince you guys that these 2 need some more recognition. | |

In singles, they dont...in doubles, then hell yeah, there they can be quite useful

| They're the cutest mega tag team in the game pretty much, i just wish they'd get evolved forms.
Multisle/Dividun FTW!

| In doubles NU, they're pretty useful. Otherwise, they're not too great, and they definitely need a focus sash because they're so frail. | |

| Focus sash rly wouldnt work, id more recommend focus band Only reason i dont support focus sash is because to keep them alive, it takes the use of substitute. | |

| No offense, but using a focus band is pretty dumb. Leaving it up to luck can be frustrating to both players. Maybe leftovers would work a bit when using substitute, it might add in enough health for an extra sub or two. | |

| Leftovers actually does seem good, but i believe both can get wish, so any healing item may be un-needed | |

| It would still be much better than a focus band. | |

| Yeah Focus Band mostly relies on luck. And since Minun and Plusle are kinda slow, the Focus Sash would be much better. But then you really can't set up a Sub so you're gonna have to find a new stradegy. | |

| True, but if only there was an item to either increase defenses, or to lower the opponents attack | |

| Oh yea and focus band is banned. Although using a plusle or minum is quite fun on shoody even if they aren't the best | |

You dont use a pokemon just because it is "cute". That's like saying "I'm going to spam pikachu's because they are the cuttest pokemon in the world! Who cares about stats!" I like Minun but they both suck. Choosing pokemon you like will make you lose.

| they are so frail that removing there EQ weakness usually dosent mean a thing, a simple move from any relativitley powerful pokemon will OHKO while you foolishly rise in the air. I really dont know how you won on shoddy with them since its singals only, that and their main use is baton passing...in NU. Even in doubles, they are simply "meh" | |
