Kinda Noob Question

I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh not long ago and I still haven't understand understood all the rules and all but I'm starting to get the hang of it.
I started working on this Elemental Neo deck and I noticed that some of the fusion cards (for example: Elemental Hero Glow Neos) get back to the Extra Deck at the end of the turn it was summoned. I started searching some cards and I found one named "Skill Drain", and it negates the effect of all monsters in the field.
Ok, so I have Elemental Hero Neos + Neo-Spacian Glow Moss (material of Elemental Hero Glow Neos) and I fuse them, then I summon Elemental Hero Glow Neos, then I activate Skill Drain, does this mean the it won't return to the extra deck?
I asked you guy's this because in the card "Skill Drain" is says "Effect Monsters".

yes he would stay on the field but he has nun of his other effects. but with neos that dosent matter because they are usually a good 2500 beat stick. so yah your strategy will work.

I found out that there's a card that fits best in here, Neo Space, because it negates the effect and gives 500 Atk I think.
