Heracross in UU?

Heracross was moved down to UU? I did not notice this O_O

yeah but there's scarf hera's, granted there may be scarf zam's but they are less common
not to mention zam cant just switch in on heracross. 3/4 of hera's moves ohkoes zam. Not to mention u can just switch out

I'm gonna guess he'll do quite well there, I always knew this would come, he just isn't on par with all the other OUs, nor is he used as much. I'm gonna go out and say after a few months of him being in the UU metagame, that he'll be moved to Limbo; aka BL.

What!? booted to UU? Though I agree with Dark 100% it will turn BL real soon I mean look at Cress and PZ. I also agree with the Black and White thing as it's coming up pretty soon the meta may boost it back to OU or keep it there....

yeah it needs to be in BL if not OU. Either way it will get raped by staraptor (cuz staraptor is a pimp)

I don't know... Base 85 Speed is outrun by quite a lot of Pokémon in UU. Arcanine, Swellow, Moltres, Houndoom, Scyther, Alakazam, Mismagius etc... Of course it will change the metagame drastically, but it will definitely have enough Checks and Counters to at least have it go through one round of playtesting. Cresselia, P-Z, Yanmega and Honchcrow all made it through the round no matter how broken they were, so I see no reason that Heracross will be any different.

I am very interested to see how the metagame unfolds, as stall will become much less viable with Heracross running around due to Weezing being 1HKOed from an SD Toxic Orb Facade easily after SR. I predict that offensive teams and hyper offensive teams will be seen the most this round.

Also Shaymin moved up to OU though I predicted this would happen.

Yeah, the lack of Latias and Salamence, and as a result, Scizor, really gave it a boost in its abilities as a leech seed staller, sweeper etc...

Heracross UU, Shaymin OU... What's next?

lol, all of you guys are overreacting. Everyone predicted this would happen ever since Platinum.

It isn't bad, so to speak. Everything from old OU is here: Alakazam, Rhyperior, etc. Plus, it has some new threats to deal with, mainly Swellow, though I feel with Heracross here, Milotic might suffer a bit since it can't check Heracross well due to Hera's large Special Defense, while Toxic Orb Heracross can OHKO no prob.

Let's talk about some other crap.

The reason Regirock fell out was because there wasn't much demand for it. Registeel really is the dominant Regi.

Milotic>Slowking. End of story.

Poliwrath just kinda failed. It's SubPunch set is good, but not good enough.

Every one of those NU to UU Pokemon were expected to go up except Exxeggutor. That shows that Sunny Day is gaining popularity in some way.

To be honest I still use Scizor quite a bit, people are predictable and probably will switch into a Heatran where you dish out the sexy choice banded Superpower or something like that. I still use scizor on all my teams. I dislike shaymin, I don't know why but if I'm gonna use a leech seed staller it's gonna be venusaur. Either way shaymin isn't that big of a threat.

To be honest I don't know much about OU that much, but I don't think Heracross should be in UU. BL would be better, I think.

BL is a ban list for UU, so until it is playtested for one round on the UU Shoddy battle ladder, it will remain UU. If the people who achieve voting requirements vote it to be broken in either the Support, Offensive, or Defensive characteristic, it will be moved to BL.

Exactly... And I simply stated that you cannot just deem something BL before it is tested in UU. I stated what BL was so he would understood my point.

Well, here's my prediction:

First, everyone is going to use Power sets over C-Scarf. Until they realize that UU has threats that can counter it, people will resort to C-Scarf and then will be considered broken, which then it will be subjected to nominations. So maybe it won't be subjected as soon as nominations pop up, kind of like Raikou.
