in 1998 there was a dmca legal law where say a company watches your video and it uses there song they flag the video goes down and the channel is suspended for copyright and the youtuber gets a note saying oh this person flagged you and so on the person that flagged has 14 days to send in a legal report if they dont the channel goes up and so does the video ans there ip goes in a list liek hmm i wonder if there trolls or falst dmca'ers

Update: Well, as of recently, I have been caught by the xat group and perma banned by them. So I won't be as frequently updating this subject. But in related news, popular youtubers such as Haydunn and others are privating their videos until this blows over, meaning a permanent loophole. You see, we can't report them if they don't false flag, but if popular LPers keep videos up, theyll get suspended. It's a hard loophole to overcome, so I'll update this with more information about who's doing what.
