well I just saying rotom is the only thing that EQ doesn't effect and the rest get owned by it. Pert is a pretty good counter for this team. Add a grass move and then it would be better

You can make them as bulky as you want, you're team will be ripped apart by an EQ. No matter if you get those hits off, it will not KO an Infernape running EQ, who can possibly out speed Lanturn, leading to a sweep.

For any mono electric Zapdos is a must another ground immunity would help. I personally would replace M Zone with Zappy

HP [Grass] on Jolteon so you can take down Swampert who can very easily take out at least three of your Pokémon. Put it over Signal Beam as that is the least valuable move currently.

I second leaf's suggestion about Zapdos. If you do run Zapdos, you could give it Thunderbolt, HP [Ice], Roost, and a filler move like T-Wave, Light Screen, Protect or even something odd such as Metal Sound.

Now on topic, to be honest you don't really need Helping Hand with Jolteon. I know that might sound crazy but you could use that slot to help with Coverage for your Pokes.

That voice clip is incredibly annoying lol, had to mute my headphones -.- Btw HG/SS there is nothing wrong with full offensive teams, I use them all the time and do quite well. Also, I hope this is intended for monotype only, if so then you're good to go TBH.
