My calf was injured so I couldnt race at my full potential
2 mile race but it had killer hills and I ran it in 13 minutes

That's not that bad at all lol... 6:30 miles? Good lol that's like what I ran

I've always been more able to run a few miles at a good pace than to go all out for half a mile or however long each event is

LOL, Ok I'll get on then. But anyway, I'm not a fan of cross country cuz it seems so boring. Atleast in Soccer you have more objectives to win than in cross country which is, run on this track for however long it takes you and you win.

XC is a bit boring at times, but when you run as a team it can be really fun because the things we talk about are so incredibly random and make no sense half the time lol

Also, Track and Field is the sport that runs round and round on a track. XC runs on a bunch of different terrain with steep hills, fast paced downward slopes, mud etc... It can actually be pretty fun sometimes.

XC is great conditioning for track. Builds so much endurance :p

running is a very useful skill sometimes

but not really, you'll be stuck in a office somewhere sitting all day typing on the computer for your future

Lol happy thoughts eh? I'm not saying running is not useful, considering you have to run in soccer but I don't see a point in just running on a set course for 3 miles or so.

I also find that people who run XC, and are good at it are incredibly weird, they like love it I don't know how you could love cross country, it seems like a *****.
