2:Take 4 evs and put them into HP or something

I didin't know speed T-Tar was common because I have never seen one. I thought it would be a little bit fun to use something that has a 99% chance of failing.

Lol you don't NEED to "make something wacky" wacky sets usually fail, if you are new as it appears then you should probably just stick with basic sets on smogon, once you know standard movesets then you can branch off to making your own sets.
