Ok you use it like this - you get the calculator app and if u have diamond or pearl and used this code you would probally know that you type in the pokemon's pokedex number ino the calculator and PRESS L. Example:151 - Mew.
For the level typr in the level you want 1-100 and PRESS R. then LET GO OF ALL BUTONS OR IT WON'T END UP RIGHT then walk into the grass and there you have it. Hope it helps those who hate trading pokemon for Diamond and Pearl to Platinum
