As a fellow GFXer, here are some tips. That blue line around Zapdos looks out of place. I also suggest putting the blue glow around Articuno, not Moltres

Why do you think i'm redoing it? o_O

Lucas, for the Jolteon, i meant like a Shadow of a jolteon., not a black jolteon.

Im SOOOOOO sorry it took so long. It would have been done in 5 minutes, but my Photoshop glitched, then i redid it and saved it so i could test something else, that "something else" didn't work, and when i reopened it the whole thing was one layer, not different ones. So yeah it took a while to figure out how to finish it.
