In fact, I was just about to make a topic here asking about that!
I'm trying to revive this topic, so someone might answer us.
So...
Can you make your own clan? I mean, do you have to ask someone or something before you make a clan? Or can you just start one? It seems to me that people here just make them without consulting anybody first. And, if that's the case, no one seems to have gotten in trouble yet. Please answer our question! | |

Usually people just make a chat room for their clan and call it good. Some people start forums for their clan too. | |
