ive been trying to find the answer

what program has the electric looking stuff and what is that stuff called ik gaia uses it and i want to too if it dont cost money please help me if i can use it i will open a shop up muhself

electric stuff?...gaia probly uses photoshop and it does cost money

I use Photoshop and Photoshop elements. They both cause $$ and I highly recommend not starting a shop yet

im just gonna stick to Gimp and paint.net but thanks anyways

Gimp in my opinion is better at smudging (which is what gaia does), since it has moar specific stuff that you can mess around with.

(besides, photoshop is like a personal memory eater)

there are other ways to get to the electric effects though, so you dont HAVE to get photoshop
