So sometimes i do splicing, it's actually quite fun. I'm not too good at it, but if people could tell me how to improve that would be great...
My original pimp clefable (my worst splicing imo)
Fagmortar (for a contest on smogon)
And something i randomly did for fun...
Depending on what you guys think is if i'll make more anytime soon...
And incase anyone were wondering, they were my first 3 splices...

sometimes, if it ends up being too blurry, just use the sharpen filter once or duplicate the layer, and sharpen again, and erase the parts that looks over sharpened
but those are epic sprites <3

I believe he's using this on paint.. Try saving your sprites as a png format. Also you want recolor them so the objects off of the other Pokemon look more real... Here's a video..

Nah man, i use Photoshop. I haven't used any Photoshop epic skillz on there though, I use it LIKE paint so i can be fair towards other who isn't as fortunate as me. But i guess i CAN make them a little less fuzzy...
And i do recolour them so they look real, but sometimes i dont need to. Here's an example of my very first sprite, but i used pictures accidently because i had no sprites so it doesnt count...
I know it's a little big but when i try making it smaller it goes blurry

Hi Hi!
Try not to randomly google for renders, they make things look bad.
Go to PR, they have all the pokemon renders there.
As for your resizing problems, shift click and drag on the diagonal point.
Press enter, and it should fix the quality for you
