You definitely need to use gimp or photoshop though.
Also you shouldn't open a graphics shop if all you know how to do is a simple clouding effect. | |

| Knowing GIMP first before doing anything would be a very wise thing to do.
I suggest you go to http://gimp-tutorials.net/
You'll get to know more about it :> Heck those tutorials make photoshop look like nothing. | |
