I was reading a tutorial, and I decided to give it a try...

I decided to add the color of the forum's background, so the shading looks a bit better on here.

EDIT: don't think it worked o.0

Looks good, but the render is bad. It has all those white choppy things at the edges.

I pulled the render out of a picture...
I didn't find a perfect one

Tried a different one without the shading and such, didn't turn out as good, the green kinda throws it off...

needs MOAR effects

use hue and saturation on the green channel, and change the hue from there, it should get rid of the green.

Well who knows, maybe he just added a filter to a background, and pasted in the render, and added some scifi random border type processsssssssssssssss

I've never seen those kind of renders, so who knows what he did to them. I just want the stuff he make look like it has effort put into the whole thing, not just the borders.

So yes, I AM addicted to effects, and I know he can do better if he spend hours/weeks/months on it :>
well I dont know what would inspire/motivate you to work on a sig for hours, but you should plan out everything, everything to the last pixellllllllllllllllllll.
