Process Change - Effective Immediately [12/31/09]

In order to keep things moving more effectively, and to get things a bit more active, some things will be changed.

You no longer have to get approval, as long as the event is well thought out, it will be fine. Do not do an idea that is already being done, has has been done recently. Any topic like this will be deleted, and you will be warned for spam. This is to keep more, for a lack of a better term, events to occur, and keep things more active on the forums.

I'd also like to make clear what should be pretty standard for tournaments:
-Battle Roster
-Rules
-Prize List (if there is a prize)
-Any extra information, like specific time periods and such. Entry forms make everything easier.

Also, a special note on Leagues.
Don't create anymore leagues, if anymore are created, they will be deleted. There are enough of them floating around, and if people keep adding DS leagues, then that may (or should I say will) cause confusion if an official forum one is added. So do the mods / admin a favor, don't create anymore.
