| So first things first, don't make a team till you have a plan. Strategy is key and with out one you are just randomly throwing Pokemon together. What is your strategy? then we go from there Same goes with builds for the team, until a plan is made you can't pick moves. | |

| We need EV's Natures Abilities and their use.
Why on earth would you want to use Fury Swipes? Even with the Technician it is nowhere near powerful enough. Go for Bullet Punch, I'll comment on more later.

| To me, the moves suggests that this is a non-EV'd ingame team that was randomly trained. Am I right? | |

| don't be sorry we are just giving you advice ^^
somthimes we sound angry we don't mean to x) i learned alot from these battles
https://www.youtube.com/TheKillerNacho
one thing don't copy his pokémons unless its a common set x) try ou thinking you're own strategies
for instans somthing i came up without help
toxicroak has a dry skin abbility (dry ski = water attacks heals it HP) so i teamed it up with a pokémon who can use surf instad of hurting toxicorak it heals toxicroak
(yes i know alot of people use this strategie but i never saw it when i tought of it)

| another thing is using pokemon uniquely, while it can be a benefit, make sure its not just a gimmick and that it is a viable tactic for wining, sometimes cookie cutter builds exist for a reason, they work. (if your not to familiar with what makes a good team I recomend checking out Rate My Team). People there will almost always post the reason for the pokemon in the team, why certain moves are chosen, ev spreads are use, and then get the team torn apart by the community until it works.
Also check out Stratagy Dex This is where all the cookie cutter builds originate from. However, like I said before they are not bad just standard and knowing them will significantly improve your ability to play the game. (you will be more confident in switching and more sure of what your opponent is thinking, don't get to comfortable though or you will go down fast.)
Just a few tips that got me to where I am today. I still have a ways to go but this defiantly helped me out.
