| i still dont see the reason for two. if someone isnt fit enough to be a "senior mod" now, then they arent fit to be a mod. (in no way am i saying that those who were made junior mods unfit, totally hypothetical) i personally think we were fine with what we had | |

| Moderators should be OmniMods and Junior Mods should just be Mods. What about that? | |

| I don't see how it really matters. It doesn't change a thing, no matter what their names are. I really don't see any point in really changing it. | |

Well, I think this is more or less because you are a Senior Moderator and that you aren't the one being called Junior Moderator... I mean they earn a high ranking position, why should they have a low-ish inferring name? I think Gaia's idea is the best so far

It's not "politcally" correct. I'll take Elfar for an example; He is a Senior Mod whilst Jared is a Junior Mod... Now comparing ages, 13 and 15/16 respectively... You can see there is some controversy that Elfar, the 13 y/o Senior Mod to Jared the 15y/o juniorThe Adjectives chosen before said moderators status are normally referred to ages, thus not being correct. AMIRITE So. For it to be more JUST, "Super Moderators" and "Moderator" would be less controversial. As I'm sure all Moderators and Admins are to show exponetial ammounts of maturity over other members. And to be troll and fire proof also. Not needing to delete posts when Captain Understatement decides to rock and roll up a post. BTW: You shouldn't call short people "dwarfs" any more. Vertically Challenged is much more PC. I wouldn't want to upset any Vertically Challenged people here on the forum.

| I'm not going to argue with that, I really dont see why there is even a seperation of powers, so to speak, why are there two branches of moderators in the first place? | |

That is actually an excellent question... I really do not understand this either Like I also don't understand why Gaia is ranked lowered than Elfar and Nagi because he was a mod wayyyy before either of them... lol I'm probably gunna get some really angry reasoning behind this haha
