Just a poem I wrote a year ago.

I have become a master of disguises
Much to my regret
To befall hidden by a faultless facade
I shed off my crumbling flesh to reveal
An innocent, naive child
To you, the lone individual who could understand
My complex, unwelcome psyche, mentality
We were all once naive beings
But why do I choose to tell you this?
Maybe you are like me?


What do you guys think, what sort of meaning do you get from this.
Remember: Poetry is how you read it, there is no right or wrong.
and it doesn't necessarily have to rhyme.

Mm, I went through a phase where "I didn't know who i was" sorta thing and I wrote this during it. When I thought it was all a lie (the cake is a lie), not saying I got through it... but I found it on my pc a few weeks ago and though hey that's pretty awesome.

Ah, that's the phase when it's easiest to write poems, but, often, they are the best.
