| Paper Mario, Paper Mario The thousand year door, or Super Paper Mario?
I personally like Paper Mario TTYD the best; it has the best party members, best bosses, best music, and best power ups in my opinion. | |

| Well I only played the first Paper Mario game. But the best Super Mario RPG game was...well..Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for SNES. | |

| I think all of the Paper Mario games have good qualities, but TTYD is my favourite. I enjoy the partners a bit more than the original, and SPM doesn't even have partners. It has Pixls, which weren't/aren't very impressive. The Thousand Year Door, by far, has my favourite mini boss, too. Rawk Hawk (I guess you can call him a mini boss) is hilarious. x3
I love how it has parts with Bowser after you get each Crystal Star. My brother and I will never be able to take him seriously again after seeing him talk to a poster of Princess Peach.
Also, I think it has the best special powers. I love Star Storm from the original, but Art Attack and Supernova beat it any day of the week. ._.
The music, items, and power-ups... I rarely pay attention to them. They don't influence my opinion in the least. As for the areas where the stars are hidden, I think they even out for the first two games. I like some, and I hate some. The Glitz Pit is my overall favourite place, though.
Super Paper Mario... I don't think it's that great, so I don't have that great of an opinion of it. :V

| while I do prefer the areas in the chapters in the original game I will have to go with TTYD because the characters have more personality and who can forget that weird moose like thing that was always after goombela,and as for SPM it was a bit of a disappointment just because of the road it went down I understand that they were trying to make it original but it just didn't appeal to me like the other two did. | |

| TTYD and PM64 are 2 of my favourites games, to the extent where I can't split them.
SPM however was a MASSIVE letdown in my mind. Swapping from turn-based to platform combat I feel was a disastrous decision on the part of Nintendo, especially as it was designed to be under the same series. If SPM had not been a Paper Mario title and instead a regular Mario game, I'd probably hate it less. It is also death by dialogue, to the extent where clicking through it at breakneck speed is needed. | |

| Thousand year door is my favorite game of all time. Having played thru it 4-5 times, If they made a sequel that was like it then i would be in heavan.

| Why I think that the more newer games are not so popular as the older games is because the older games were a bit innocent whereas the most recent games nowadays are more techy, dark, destructive, wierd, etc. I mean the new Paper Mario has all those dimensions and stuff and its just not the same is all.
