Portal For Free!

For those of you who have Steam, you may know that they have a promo offering the game Portal for free. How many of you have it? If so, what do you think? I just got it and think it's amazing!

I got it with orange box. I must say; it sucks *bad word*.

Being short =/= suck *bad word*. The concept is amazing, GlaDos is an amazing character, the levels(at least before the escape) are quite well designed and can offer a decent challenge. Portal was(and in my opinion, still is) the standar modern 3d puzzle games should aim for

Portal is the best puzzle game I've ever played. In no way does it "suck *bad word*". Its a fun and sometimes challenging puzzle game that will have a SICK sequel come October!

I can say what I want about any game I want.

I had it from when the orange box costed £16. Never played it because my pc sucks.

Oh yeah... portal is an old game that I loved. I just can't wait for the Portal 2 IGN announced a month ago.

Everyone has free speech, however, when you state an opinion, you got to back it up or you`ll just end up looking as an idiot...and well, you didnt back up your claim, so I guess you get what Im saying

i downloaded steam just for it

also try trackmania nations forever, great racing game and its free on steam

It is a great game, short as hell(took me what? 3 hours I beleive) but also sweet. I dont really beleive it is worth buying itself, but as a part of ToB, or Free, it is quite well worth it.

Also, Deadlugia and Owned, Im looking for your reasoning to say "the game sucked"

Can we not all bash this game guys? Like L said, give us some information.

Dude, I don't have to explain my life story to you. I don't HAVE to give YOU a reason why. Its good for testing your brain or killing some time. But overall, imo, it sucks. End of it. Im out of this topic.

And once again, there goes your whole "argument" you dont liking something doesnt mean that something sucks. I dont like Tales of Symphonia, does that make it a bad game? Not by any means, in fact, I consider it the King of GC RPGs, but thats the main problem, Im not much of an RPG fan. Seriously, stop acting like a tough guy saying "this sucks, X sucks, I dont like it, so it must suck" and start giving your posts some substance, some thought, theres nothing wrong with thinking for yourself, you`ll see it is nice if you try it

If we're voicing opinions, I love Portal.
If you can't love it after it actually gives you a challenge, then how about the fact that it brought to life a meme, "The Cake is a Lie but the Cube is Forever."

Hold on: heares a example of how you would say it sucks: i don't like portal because for Ex. the levels were boring and not challenging enuff, it was basically a long tutorial, Im tired of that stupid meme, it's not very funny, it only lasted a few hours, Everything looks bland and unintresting, ect.
Don't hate on me, personally i love the game even if i suck at it. I mean i beat it but i really took a lot longer than i should have to beat it becuase well for me it was hard. and i get lazy playing hard games.

yeah, you can't exactly argue with someone who says "it sucks' and that's it. it just turns into a "Nuh uh!" "Uh huh!' "Nuh uh!" "Uh huh!' NUH UH!!!" UH HUH!!!" it just gets really stupid.
