On the last set you want Adamant with max speed because the purpose of a dual screener is to get those screens up fast... if you do get them up, defenses aren't as important as you get a bif defense/special defense boost
You want Jolly on the 2nd to last set, not Timid, because you are using physical attacks
Timid on the first set, as you already have CM to boost your attack and this means that speed ties with Adamant Salamence as well as losing to Jolly Luke won't ruin your sweep
