Or do you want me to be creative about it?

Be creative I do not want any image in it so to say. I mean no creatures, characters or whatever it needs to stay a bit sterile so it doesnt go any specific way. Background wise you can be as creative as you want preferable a bit oceanlike.

CNAGF and Certainly Not A Gamer Forum do need to spring out so they can be seen pretty good so white letters with a black outlining would be fine? Unless you have a better idea I dont really mind. The background needs to be soothing with light and dark blue colours mixed i'll leave it to you all how you want it to look though.

Anything Extra?: i'd like the background to be black, but to have the blue in as a smoke-type look, nearly covering all of the black except in some patches (as smoke is imperfect)
