plz help

1) You only have five Pokemon on your team, unless that was on purpose.

2) This looks like 5 random pokemon strung together to form a rather random team.

3) There is no need for a Jumpluff to be on a non-Sunny Day team.

You also don't really have special wall or physical wall besides Milotic and Donphan, who are more tanks than walls. You should add a good wall to absorb attacks and inflict status conditions.

well you must know why you have each pokemon

Agreed.

Even if you take the best pokemon in a tier and string them together, it's not going to work because there is no synergy to it.

e.g.

Pursuit Houndoom & CB Tauros

Though the suffer the same weakness, they provide amazing synergy. When Tauros comes in, normally Ghosts would come out to resist STAB Double Edge. Houndoom comes in. Since in UU most Ghosts are frail, they will try to switch out, where then Houndoom Kills with STAB Pursuit, clearing any obstacles in Tauros' path.

Your team show no synergy whatsoever. Try reworking it. A good mntor of mine, MagnemiteZ, says to always base your team around your most important Pokemon or your Pokemon of choice and work outward from there.

If you keep Donphan in your Team. I think Ice Shard would be better then Assurence. And you get a Priority move.

For UU players, I would like to introduce you to two utterly evil creatures that will inhibit Donphan's Rapid Spin: Mismagius and Rotom. If Donphan wants to spin, you have to get rid of Ghost-Type switch ins, which are pretty predictable. 120 Base Attack plus Assurance isn't bad, plus that those two ghost types mentioned before are rather frail on the Defensive side. Ice Shard, however, isn't too effective on this particular set. The point of Rapid Spin is to get rid of your opponents entry hazards and/with setting up your own entry hazards, and with spinners come answers, which are Ghost-Types, preferably Mismagius and Rotom. Ice Shard works on Choice Band sets, allowing a massive CB boosted attack to Revenge Kill Grass-Types, weakened Altarias, Swellows, and weakened sweepers from Life Orb damage.
