running is a very useful skill sometimes

but not really, you'll be stuck in a office somewhere sitting all day typing on the computer for your future
Lol happy thoughts eh? I'm not saying running is not useful, considering you have to run in soccer but I don't see a point in just running on a set course for 3 miles or so.

I also find that people who run XC, and are good at it are incredibly weird, they like love it I don't know how you could love cross country, it seems like a *****.

i wanted to join the cross country club, but idk how that worked, so yah, running is fun tbh

go outside and run 10 miles without any breaks at a constant speed, when you come back tell me how was your experience. farao

Lol my friends do XC, and my school is like one of the best in our state. They don't run 10 miles without breaks lol. They do 1 mile "cool downs" though lol.

lol hey I'm not weird... At least I don't think so =P

Most of the kids on our team, bar a few lol, are normal and good runners (we won states last year and our coach, who is a guy, cried haha).

We rarely run 10+ miles at a time... Overall in practice we do sometimes, like when we run time trials (3 miles) and then go for a distance run (7ish miles). And yeah, sometimes cool downs suck because you run like 1-2 miles, and most of the time it doesn't really cool me down lol.
