| For some of you who don't know, I do like to not only draw, but to write in my spare time. Recently I finished a story that I wrote at school, but personally I know I can do better. This being my freshman year at college, I've started to write a new story, but I plan to continue it over my 4 years of schooling (unless I finish it before then), and if people think its good enough, I wish to get it published as an actual novel. Now whats the basis behind the story? A game. [WARNING: If your a person who is, for a lack of better terms, picky about things that come to Religion, you may not want to read the up coming teaser. You have been warned.] "A game to see which sin is removed from the world. Lucifer, the devil himself, strikes up a deal with God to allow the Seven to roam the world, given only one command... 'Try to win.' With this vague command, those who have been 'cursed' with the personified demons of Pride, Sloth, Gluttony, Greed, Wrath, Envy, and Lust are thrown into a game that may very well end the world. The question isn't who will win, the question now is how." Yes, its based off of the 7 deadly sins as described in the Christian faith, with a few more references than just that. I don't want to give to much away, but as I get closer to finishing the writing, and I'm selecting people to read it, I will most likely start posting up chapters for you guys to read. | |

Nice job.
You're obviously a good writer unlike me who couldn't write a good story if my life depended on it.
Despite that I get A's in writing.
But I digress.

Lucifer is just a fallen angel, thats pretty much it. Actually I did a bit of research and each deadly sin has its own demonic personification: * Lucifer: Pride (superbia) * Mammon: Greed (avaritia) * Asmodeus: Lust (luxuria) * Leviathan: Envy (invidia) * Beelzebub: Gluttony (gula or gullia) * Amon: Wrath (ira) * Belphegor: Sloth (acedia) Although the seven great demon lords in digimon represent the seven deadly sins I plan to be villains later in my story, so this was already a pretty interesting concept. | |
