My WIP Raindance team

Suicune w/ Leftovers
EVs: 255 special defense, 255 special attack
Gentle Nature
Ability: Pressure
Moves:
Tailwind
Shadow Ball
Surf
Calm Mind

My support/tank. This probably would have been a restcune, but I didn't have the TM available so I decided on a tail wind set. Shadow ball is there because I also used up my ice beam TM. But, I've been the one to make do with what I have. And this is what I came up with. Anyway, Calm mind is there in case I want to attack or wall, probably captain obvious here.

Phione W/ Damp rock
EVs: 255 speed, 255 special attack
Modest Nature
Ability: Hydration
Moves:
Rest
Surf
Ice beam
Raindance

My emergency rain dancer, incase my main one dies somehow. Really, this one's real purpose is to stall, hence the rest included with hydration. Ice beam and surf there for a possible KO

Floatzel W/ Lum berry
EVs: 255 speed, 255 attack
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Swift Swim
Moves:
Aqua Jet
Waterfall
Brick Break
Rain dance
My lead, also my primary Rain dancer. I sometimes notice the Status moves lead, so the lum berry is there to cripple that strategy.

Lunatone W/ Leftovers
EVs: 255 special attack, 255 special defense
Nature: Calm
Ability: Levitate

Rock Polish
Ice beam
Psychic
Cosmic power

This is my scout, also here incase sunny day/ hail comes around I don't want my entire team to be crippled.
Cosmic power is there so I can wall for a few turns while I observe the moveset of the other pokemon.

Pachirisu W/ Leftovers
255 special defense, 252 HP, 4 speed
Nature: Calm
Ability: Run away (USELESS)
Moves:
Light screen
Super fang
Discharge
Protect

My hax abuser, light screener, partial anti-wall all in one. This is my other pokemon that doesn't need rain dance, plus pachi's one of my favorite pokemon. Discharge to get para hax off on something, mabye a super fang in there to weaken it for something else

Toxicroak W/ Choice band
EVs: 255 speed, 255 attack
Adamant
Ability: Dry skin
Sucker Punch
Pursuit
Cross chop
Poison jab

My banded attacker. Dry skin to negate SR/ spikes damage. I decided to have pursuit incase of a super lucky prediciton, so it will either severely weaken the poke, or even go as far to kill it.

Critique on this updated set?

Focus punch
Another Special attacker, but utilizing Nasty plot and thunder as it's strength. Physical attacks there for special walls, like bliss.

EMPOLEON W/ Leftovers
Ability: the water starter ability (called illegal...)
EVS: 252 attack, 126 defense, 126 speed
Jolly Nature
Moves-
Aqua Jet
Swords Dance
Waterfall
Drill peck
Physical tank.

Any way this can be improved? Or just critique?

Make rachi physical,It'll be able to take on t-tar who fucks up rain. use at least 236 speed on ludicolo. Its slow without it and is still outsped by many pokemon.
Make empoleon special, physical cant do **** to anything.
Take raichu out and get a counter to scarfgon, it rapes your whole team.
Try kabutops in place of toxicroak. better attack and swift swim

one set for jirachi that I've used that works amazingly in the rain: Psychic, Thunder, Water Pulse, and a random move (I used Icy Wind).
