| This is something I've been wondering about for a long time.
First of, EV training. This is all I know about the subject: Effort Values are rewarded by defeating certain Pokémon and leveling up. EV boosts can also be given by vitamins such as Carbos.
IV training and natures: I don't actually know anything about it 'cept the fact that they determine how your Pokémon will specialize as it levels up.
Finally, I need tips on how to raise a team to Lv. 100 quickly without AR'ing or Rare Candies.

| I read the guide, and it cleared up a lot of things...the main thing being that it would take a lot of time to get a Pokémon with IV's you want. Thanks. | |

| my guide covers IV natures and EV
also it is kind of pointless to raise a pokemon to level 100 but the easiest way is (with training) justy defeat the E4 and re battle the gym leaders over and over
(without training) put your poke in the daycare and cycle till it reaches the level
(1 exp point per step) | |

(1 exp point per step) The second was a horrible idea, lol, unless it has no level up moves like roserade, it'll lose all breeding and tm moves when you do that. Plus it takes a crapload of time. Stick to lucky eggs + your rival, the elite four, and the battle cafe (only if you have platinum)

| Eesh...
I've been battling the E4, my Rival, the Gym Leaders, the temporary partners, and the Lakefront Restuarant nonstop every day to boost my team to Lv. 100, so I could get max stats. I now have a somewhat full understanding of Effort and Individual Values, so thanks everyone for their time.
