Youtube related anger

Quite a common question I get is, "Why are you in a bad mood?" (or similar)

As the graph shows, no progress has been made whatsoever, even though my subscriber count has gone up consistently (if slowly).

Why this makes me angry is simple, the graph shows that even though I have made my videos look better visually and have greater content, no more people watch them. I am a quite ambitious person and this for me is not good enough.

People can no longer say that I am a new youtuber either, given I started uploading pokemon on January 10th 2009, so my image is not an unknown. I have battled relatively large youtubers as well in my time (Uutton being the biggest) so why no progress is being made is beyond me.

*Despairs*

I can relate. Despite my subscriber count slowly climbing, I'm in a rut. However, that's probably my own fault for not being a consistent uploader like you are. It just seems like some people wind up with the luck of being easily being discovered. You and I don't seem to be one of them at the moment. However, I've seen people that were in ruts like me become popular beyond their wildest dreams by simply uploading videos of games that don't come out in the other parts of the world yet. If you are Super Mario Galaxy Fan, you'll be in for a real treat, as Super Mario Galaxy 2 it comes out in the United Kingdom before America and Japan last I heard. I might be wrong, so I might get the true release date closer to the actual day. Since Super Mario Galaxy is a huge hit, I would probably upload videos of some gameplay to get you noticed. That's how AngeloBlaze got discovered, except he uploaded gameplay footage the day Mario Kart Wii debuted in the United Kingdom.

I fairly doubt Nintendo, a japanese company, would release something in the UK before Japan. It might get it before America, but not Japan.

I know that we have not personally met yet but I watch your videos and I think your videos are great. I think that marinaneon2 is correct. It seems that you have to be the first to upload a new game in order to get lots of views. I would try maybe a walkthrough on a new game or maybe a older game that many people have not done yet. Overall I think your videos are great and I know the views will go up.

I know, that's what I thought. That's what I got from a source I found a while ago. I think I could be mistaken. I'll see it if I can find it again. Well, even if it does come out in Japan first (which it should), you can still get many views from people in The United States and other parts of the world.
